1. Disassembly & Inspection: All parts are cleaned, analyzed, and tested.

2. Reconditioning: Worn parts such as bearings, synchros, gears, and housings are replaced or rebuilt.

3. Final Testing: The gearbox is run at full speed with filtered oil and evaluated for contamination levels and wear using non-destructive testing methods.

 

Each gearbox is built to your driving style, road, track, or racing. Motorsport versions include custom gear ratios, lightweight gearsets, and magnesium housings.
